I. Return/Exchange Period (30-Day Guarantee)

You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date you sign for the goods (based on the logistics receipt time).

II. Support for “Returns After Opening/Trying” (Worry-Free Guarantee)

To enhance your shopping experience, we support trying on the goods within reasonable limits:

Goods can still be returned after opening. Minor trying on is allowed (without affecting the overall condition of the goods).

However, the following conditions must be met:

The goods have no obvious human-caused damage or severe signs of use. They do not affect resale (e.g., no severe wear, breakage, etc.). Packaging and accessories should be as complete as possible.

III. No Returns Allowed

We may not be able to process returns in the following situations:

Severely damaged goods or goods that affect resale.

Personalized jewelry (e.g., engraving).

After the 30-day return/exchange period.

IV. Return Process

Contact customer service to submit a return request. Provide order information and reason for return. After approval, we will provide a return address. Send back the returned item and provide the tracking number. After confirming receipt of the returned item, we will arrange a refund or exchange.

V. Shipping Costs

For returns due to non-quality issues: Return shipping costs are borne by the user. For returns due to quality issues or incorrect shipment: We will bear the relevant shipping costs.

VI. Refund Policy

After confirming receipt of the returned item, we will refund within 3-7 business days via the original payment method. The actual arrival time depends on the payment platform or bank.
